How do I book a session with you?
You can send a booking request directly through this website or contact me via email/phone. Once we confirm the date, time, and details, I’ll send over a brief agreement and invoice for the retainer to lock in your session.
Do you require a deposit to secure a date?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer (typically a percentage of the total fee) is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session or event.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule once (subject to availability) at no additional charge if you give reasonable notice. Cancellations are allowed, but the retainer is non-refundable, as it holds your slot and turns away other work.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session:
Headshots: usually 3–7 business days.
Concerts: usually 3–10 business days
Events: usually 7–14 business days.
I’ll give you a specific estimate when we book.
How will my photos be delivered?
Your images will be delivered via a private online gallery (hosted here on Zenfolio) where you can view, share, download, and order prints or products.
